Just a reminder that some facebook or social media platforms do not always give the correct advice,
It can also leave you with negative feedback for just asking a question.
They can be useful to highlight issues and any updates but always seek your own legal advice, even AO’s can be out of date and not be in line with the regulations that everyone should follow.
This is not the SMP First Aid Hub way, if you ask a question via a ticket we will give you the best up to date answer available and back it up with the location of the correct documentation/ regulations etc.
Please don’t be shy to ask, if we get lots of the same questions then we will create a post or a document on the issue where you will be directed
